This powder coating is mainly used in industries such as construction, decoration, household appliances, metal furniture, instruments and meters, highway guardrails, automobiles and parts, and fitness equipment coating.Physical properties of powder:Specific gravity (g/cm3, 25 ºC): 1.4-1.7Particle size distribution: 100% less than 100 μ m (can be adjusted according to special requirements of painting)
Curing conditions:
Type A 200°C(workpiece temperature), 15 minutes (Flat or matte light)Type B 180 ° C (workpiece temperature), 15 minutes (highlight or half light)Type C 140 ·C (workpiece temperature), 15 minutes (highlight)

NOTE:1. The above test uses 0.8mm thick cold-rolled steel plate with standard pre-treatment, with a coatingthickness of 60-80 microns.2.The performance indicators of the above coatings may slightly decrease with the decrease of gloss.
